Below are instructional videos that are meant to help you correctly package and send your device(s) to us.

IMPORTANT - Make sure you are not sending JoesGE the original box(es) your device(s) came with. Do not include any accessories. We only need the device(s) being repaired.

Note: If you send in an item we do not repair, we will charge a $25 return shipping fee.

    If you're sending your devices from within the United States, a prepaid shipping label was sent to your email. If you're outside of the United States, you will not receive a shipping label.

    JoesGE is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. If you'd like to insure your package, please purchase your own shipping label and address your package to the address below. If you choose to use your own shipping label—please print out the provided pre-paid shipping label and place it inside your package along with your devices.
