Each repair technician has undergone rigorous training before becoming a certifed repair tech.
We use the best OEM parts to repair your device and make it look new and if there aren't any OEM parts available, we invest into making a quality replacement part of our own.
IMPORTANT: Do not send the original box. Do not include chargers or accessories; only send the device being repaired.
We accept debit, credit, or PayPal. After you confirm the repair and we complete the repair... we will send you a secure payment link where you'll be able to make a payment via debit, credit, or PayPal. Once the payment is complete, we will ship your item(s) to you.
Whole process will take between 1-2 weeks from the day it leaves your possession to the day it gets back to you.
NO, we will contact you with the cost before we start repairs.
However, should you decide not to proceed with a repair after receiving a quote or if the item is found to be fully functional with no issues, a $40 service fee will be charged to cover shipping and diagnostic costs. Optional return shipping insurance is available at an additional cost.

Thirty (30) days after being notified by Joe's GE that your device has been serviced.
ℹ️ If you have not paid all charges due within thirty (30) days after being notified by Joe's GE, Joe's GE will consider your product abandoned and may dispose of your product in accordance with applicable law.
If your device is listed in our repair form and for some reason repairs are not possible, we will send the device back to you free of charge.
ℹ️ If you send us a device that is not listed in our repair form or is non-genuine (fake/counterfeit), we will charge $25 to return it.
ℹ️ℹ️ Free Return on Non-repairable Items: If we determine that we cannot repair your item and the repair service is listed on our website, we will return the item to you free of charge.
If you send an item for repair that is not listed on our service offerings, there will be a $25 fee to cover the cost of returning the item to you. Optional return shipping insurance is available at an additional cost.
We do not access or remove your data unless data recovery is specifically requested.
We understand that your data is valuable. While we take great care during every repair, data loss is always a possibility during service, and in some cases, data may be unrecoverable, erased, or reformatted. For this reason, it is your responsibility to back up all existing data, software, and programs before sending in your device.
JoesGE is not responsible for the loss, recovery, or compromise of data, software, or programs, or for loss of use of your device resulting from the repair process. We cannot guarantee that data will be preserved or recoverable. It is your responsibility to back up your data prior to service.
