Make sure to securely wrap the headphones with bubble wrap. Only include your Beats cable(s) if you think they may need to be tested. DO NOT ship with the original box.
**Use tracked shipping to ensure delivery, we recommend you use a padded Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelope from USPS, the packaging is free and postage is currently $7 on USPS.com.

When we receive your Beats one of our technicians will contact you immediately. Once we do so, we will verify the problem and get to work on the headphones. We usually repair the items within 1-3 business days after receiving the parcel. Zoom. Zoom. 🏎️🏎️
