100-day limited warranty - repairs

We are specialist in electronics repairs. Therefore we only repair items that we can stand behind with our 100 day warranty against defects in workmanship under normal use. Our repairs are performed by expert technicians at Joe's in-house repair center. All repaired products are tested and verified to work properly prior to shipment.

This warranty excludes damage resulting from abuse, liquid damage, accidents, modifications, unauthorized repairs or other causes that are not defects in workmanship.

Per manufacturers specs most smartwatches and fitness trackers are water resistant, but not water proof (see your owners manual). Liquid damage to these devices is not a defect in workmanship and is also excluded from the warranty.   

We are not responsible for return shipping on warranty repairs outside of the United States of America.

We are specialist in electronics and video gaming merchandise. Therefore we only sell items that we can stand behind with our 100 day warranty against defects in workmanship under normal use. Our refurbished products are repaired and restored to a like-new state, by Joe's in-house repair center. They are verified to work properly and include all parts and accessories (original or comparable substitutes). All refurbished products sold by Joe's Goods, LLC (Joe's Gaming & Electronics) include a 100 day warranty. If you find your purchase to be defective or not what you expected, we'll work with you to make it right!

This warranty excludes damage resulting from abuse, liquid damage, accident, modifications and unauthorized repairs or other causes that are not defects in product.

We are not responsible for return shipping on products that are sent outside of the United States of America.

We offer extended device protection plans through Extend. They make the process of filing a claim effortless with their 24/7 automated claims assistant Kaley or their Phenomenal Team of Customer Service Agents-in fact, most claims are resolved within 90 seconds of contacting them.

There are no deductibles or hidden fees, what you pay at checkout, is all you pay. Returns - 30 days

If you aren't thrilled with your purchase, you can return most items for an exchange or your money back, within 30 days of receipt.

We want you to be happy with your purchase therefore we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on any products purchased directly from JoesGE.com. The product must be returned to us and you must provide proof of purchase. You have the option to replace the product at no charge, exchange the product with a product that is of equal value or refund the purchase price of the product.

If you purchase a part or product and would like to return it, the security sticker must not be removed. If the security sticker is removed, the item will not be eligible for a refund.
