What the customer told us:
On 4/27/24 a client from Kalamazoo MI 49048 sent in their Apple Watch Series 7 for a back cover replacement. They selected the "Back Cover" option in the repair form and told us "Broken back glass" in their repair notes.
Cost of service (prices subject to change):
$120 was paid for the back glass cover replacement and the watch was returned to the customer within 7 days of it arriving at our facility.
