Terms of Use

Ordering from Joe's:

You must have full authority to use the method you choose, to submit an order for products through our site.

Shipping and Delivery:

Our service providers do not telephone prior to delivering packages, and we cannot guarantee the time of delivery. All products are deemed accepted upon our delivery of the product to you or your designated recipient’s address.

International clients.

We are not responsible for any import taxes, fees or duties. You will have to pay for those based of the governing rules of your country. 

Joe's Gaming & Electronics is not responsible for:

  • Orders delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by the sender.
  • Unsuccessful deliveries arising from the recipient not being present at time of delivery at the address supplied by the sender.
  • Decreased product quality due to an incorrect delivery address supplied by the sender, or a re-route requested by the sender.
  • Product quality problems caused by improper handling by the recipient.


We accept returns, buyer bears all cost related to returning a product. A product is considered returned when it is back in our warehouse.

Text Messaging and MMS:

1. If you submit your phone number in our repair form, you will receive text messages from us. This will include a message confirmation once you finish filling out the repair form as well as delivery and repair quote information once we receive your device. If you text our number directly, we will also reply as quickly as we can with information to answer your question. 

2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" in reply to any message you receive from us. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will no longer text you with any information. If you want to ask another question or send another device into us for repair, simply text our number or fill out the repair form again to opt in.

3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at Support@JoesGE.com.

4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages

5. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive approximately 2 messages from each time you fill out the repair form and send a device into us for repair. If you are texting us directly for help with billing, repairs, or other information, you will receive 1-2 messages in reply each time you ask a question.

Permitted use and restrictions:

You shall not use, upload, copy, print, display, perform, reproduce, license, sell, transfer, host, post, transmit, commercially exploit, duplicate, download, publish, modify, make derivative works of or otherwise distribute the site. Unless otherwise specifically authorized by us to do so in writing.
