Sadly we no longer offer repair services or diagnostics for the either version of the  Bose SoundSport. However, we do sell parts and tools to complete most repairs. We also provide videos for you to complete the repairs yourself. 
 

Which SoundSport do I have?

If the ear buds are connected by a wire, they are the SoundSport Wireless. If they are two individuals earbuds in a charging case, they are the SoundSport Free
