For a $20 protection fee, your shipment is protected against loss, damage, or theft during shipping, with coverage of up to $1,000 per shipment.

If Something Happens
If your protected shipment is lost or damaged during transit, JoesGE will, at our discretion:
- Replace your item with the same model whenever available.
- Replace it with a comparable model if the original is unavailable.
- Issue a refund based on the current market value if a replacement cannot be provided.
Theft Claims
For theft claims exceeding $100, a police report is required before a replacement or refund can be processed.
Refunds
If a refund is issued, the item's value will be determined using either:
- Our current selling price, or
- The average market value of a comparable used device.
Return Shipping
If you would like Shipping Protection added to the return shipment of your repair, please contact your technician before your device is shipped.
