Shipping Protection covers your order against loss, damage, or theft while it is being shipped to or from JoesGE, with coverage of up to $250 per shipment.

If Something Happens

If your protected shipment is lost or damaged during transit, JoesGE will, at our discretion:

• Replace your item with the same model whenever available.
• Replace it with a comparable model if the original is unavailable.
• Issue a refund based on the current market value if a replacement cannot be provided.

Theft Claims

For theft claims exceeding $100, a police report is required before a replacement or refund can be processed.

Coverage Limit

Maximum protection:
$250 per shipment
