A failing main board is usually behind the issues that survive a battery swap or a factory reset. Common signs include the speaker not powering on at all, powering on but failing to pair or hold a Bluetooth connection, sound cutting in and out or losing one channel, the speaker shutting off randomly during use, or the charging light behaving erratically even with a known good cable and battery. If you have already ruled out the battery and the charging port, the main board is the next most likely cause.

Installation Notes
No soldering required. This board connects using the existing wire harness connectors and spade terminals. Disassembling the speaker housing is required to access the board, so moderate to advanced disassembly skill and the correct tools are recommended. Fully power down the speaker before beginning the swap.
