Common Signs This Board Needs Replacing
This board controls the three top-mounted buttons on the speaker. Common signs of a failing top button board include the power button not responding or requiring several presses to turn the speaker on or off, the Bluetooth pairing button not entering pairing mode, the Magic Button no longer playing, pausing, or skipping tracks, or the status LEDs not lighting up or blinking correctly. If pressing these buttons does nothing or works inconsistently, this board is the most likely cause.

Installation Notes
This board swaps in using the existing internal connector. Disassembling the speaker top cover is required to access the board, and the cover is glued down with a waterproofing sealant, so moderate to advanced disassembly skills and the correct tools are recommended. Fully power down the speaker before beginning the swap.
