Common Signs of Main Board Failure
A failing main board is usually behind the issues that survive a battery swap or a factory reset. Common signs include the speaker not powering on at all, powering on but failing to pair or hold a Bluetooth connection, sound cutting in and out or losing one channel, the speaker shutting off randomly during use, or the charging light behaving erratically even with a known good cable and battery.
