Here is a step-by-step DIY repair guide for replacing the rubber ear hook wing tip on your Beats Fit Pro earbuds.

Step 1: Apply Heat to Remove Adhesive

1.1 Power off the earbuds and apply gentle heat (≈180 °C) along the seam to soften the adhesive holding the wing tip in place.

2.1 Separate the two halves of the earbud using a nylon spudger. Use a little bit of isopropyl alcohol on a cotton swab to clean the surface if you fail to get a good grip.

2.2 Do not pull too hard, as two fragile cables are attached to both halves of the housing.
