Step-by-Step DIY Guide to Replacing the Charger Port on the Beats Studio Pro Wireless (2023) Headphones

2.1. Unfasten the 5 black screws using the 2.0mm Philips screwdriver. Be careful not to drop the screws in the gaps through the speaker driver.

2.2. Remove the 2 small silver screws securing the charger port and store them separately.

Step 3: Unsolder the Internal Wires

3.1. Apply solder flux on the connection points of the charger port.

Insert the flathead screwdriver or metal pry tool under the worn-out charger port. Heat the 2 connection points on the charger port with the soldering iron to melt the underlying adhesive, then gently pry away the charger port from the earcup.

Step 5: Install New USB Type-C Charger Port

5.1. Apply a thin, even layer of fresh adhesive to the base of the earcup where the new charging port will be seated.

5.2. Feed the new charger port through the slot provided on the speaker assembly.

5.3. Press down on the new charger port using your fingers until the adhesive cures.

Step 6: Solder the Internal Wires

6.1. Reconnect the speaker wires and solder each connection point securely.
