Step-by-Step DIY Guide to Replacing the Old Cracked, Damaged, or Torn Earpad Cushion Foam Muff on the Beats Studio Pro Wireless Bluetooth Headphones at Home

Step 1: Extract the Cracked, Torn, or Damaged Earpad Cushion Muff
Insert a strong metal pry tool into the seam between the earpad cushion muff and the earcup housing, then work your way around the earcup till both halves separate. Repeat the process on the other side.

Step 2: Install New Earpad Cushion Muff
2.1. The new earpad cushion foam comes with new adhesive tape from the factory. The right earpad cushion has a small indent on the bottom for the charging port. This helps you visually distinguish between the left and right earpad cushions.

2.2. Hold and pull the tab to remove the paper cover to reveal the adhesive tape.

2.3. Align the 2 pins on the earcup with the 2 dents on the earpad cushion, then press and hold both parts together for 5 seconds for the adhesive to cure. Repeat the process on the other side.
