The plastic headband cracks near the ends, where it slides into the ear cups, and the crack grows every time you stretch the headphones over your head. Tape and glue rarely hold for long. A new headband is $70 for the Studio 3 or $75 for the Studio Pro.
Cracked inside panel
The inside panel is the plastic piece under each ear pad that holds the ear cup together. When it cracks, the ear pad won't stay on or the ear cup starts to come apart. We replace it for $90 on either model.
Worn-out ear pads
Ear pads peel, flake, and flatten over time, which also weakens noise cancelling. New ear pads are $60. If your headband is cracked too, the Headband + Ear Pads repair saves $30 compared with doing them separately.
Battery that doesn't last
If your Beats no longer last through the day or only work while plugged in, a new battery restores the run time: $90 for the Studio 3 or $100 for the Studio Pro, with shipping both ways included.
