Quick Tips for Successful Pairing and Reset

  • Keep your Beats and your phone fully charged before pairing.

  • If you’re switching between Apple and Android, delete previous Bluetooth pairings to avoid conflicts.

  • Clean charging pins on earbuds and cases regularly — dust or sweat buildup can block contact points.

  • If the pairing fails, reset your Beats first, then try connecting again.

  • Keep your device software up to date for the best Bluetooth compatibility.
