Not Connecting to Bluetooth? It's Often the Headband Jacks

A common AirPods Max problem looks like a Bluetooth board failure but is actually worn headband jack ribbons on both sides. If your AirPods Max 2 won't connect while charging, won't enter pairing mode, or the status light blinks amber three times, start with our Both Headband Jacks Replacement. If it does turn out to be the Bluetooth board, we'll let you know before we repair it.
