1.1. Insert a strong metal pry tool into the seam between the earpad cushion and the earcup, then gently work the tool along the perimeter till the two halves separate.

2.1. Take the new foam insert and align it with the earcup. Position the curved edge at the top and the flat edge at the bottom. The small tab should point left on the left earcup and to the right on the right earcup before pressing the foam into place.
2.2. Align the straight and round tabs on the earpad cushions with the divots on the earcup housing and press along the perimeter till you hear the retaining clips click into place.
2.3. Gently pull on the earpad cushion to ensure it is securely seated and fully locked into place.
