  • JoesGE will only send you a pre-paid shipping label if you're domestic (within the United States of America). If international, you will have to pay for your own shipping label.
  • Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required.
  • The "Address*" field should only contain the primary address information:
    • Correct way to fill out address field:
      • "7463 Mt Baker Hwy b". +
    • Incorrect way to fill out address field:
      • "7463 Mt Baker Hwy b, Deming, WA 98244". ×
  • Before clicking on the "submit" button, make sure to check that all your information is accurate.
  • The information you provide using this form allows JoesGE to send you text messages and emails regarding the status of your repair. In addition, JoesGE will be able to send you a pre-paid shipping label. (If you're within the United States of America).
  • The "Email address*" and "Confirm e-mail address*" do not match. These must be the same.
  • The "Phone number*" and "Confirm phone number*" do not match. These must be the same.
  • Be sure that all required fields are filled in.
  • Make sure that you have selected a country/region.
  • If you selected "United States of America" as your country, be sure that you have also selected a state.
