How to ship your AirPods Max into us for repair
This is a quick guide to show you how to package your AirPods Max for free and send them into us for repair using the shipping label that we sent to you via email if you filled out our Repair Form. The label is meant specifically for this method of shipment with this specific packaging and includes $100 of shipping insurance.
You can package your headphones however you would like to send them in for repair, however, if you do not use this packaging method, you will need to purchase your own shipping label otherwise you will be responsible for any additional fees that the post office charges us upon picking up your device.
We are not responsible for damages that occur to your headphones in transit.
1. Procure two (2) USPS Padded Flat Rate Envelopes from your local USPS location.
2. Put your AirPods Max Headphones into the first envelope without their ear pads.
3. Close up the envelope with the headphones inside of it.
4. Add the already sealed envelope into the second envelope.
Step #5 Seal the Second Envelope
Then add your shipping label to the designated spot on the shipping envelope. You can then either drop the package off at your local post office, a drop box, or request a pickup from your home via USPS’ website. Delivery usually takes 3-5 business days (M-F) and we will notify you via text and email within 2 business days of receiving your package.
