Steps to Factory Reset your AirPods Max Headphones

Step 1: Locate the Buttons and Light Indicator
Find the two buttons on the right side of your AirPods Max. At the bottom of the right ear cup, you will see a small light indicator.
Step 2: Press and Hold the Buttons
Press and hold both buttons simultaneously for about 10 seconds.
Step 3: Watch for the Light
Initially, the light will flash yellow. Continue holding the buttons.
Step 4: Release When Solid White Light Appears
Once the light starts flashing a solid white color, you can release the buttons. This indicates that the reset is complete.
Step 5: Get back to enjoying your gear
You have successfully performed a hard reset on your Apple AirPods Max. You can now proceed to pair them with your device as needed.
